The following steps will help you when adding multiple units:
Step 1:
Log into Resident Portal with your Username and Password.
Step 2:
Click on the User Menu on the right hand side of the screen that has your username in it.
Step 3:
In the list select the first option 'Your Profile'.
Step 4:
If you own/rent multiple units then on the right hand side of your Profile Page, type in your unit number and the type of user you are e.g. Owner, Tenant, Managing Agent or Complex Administrator.
Step 5:
Once you have filled out all the information then click Add.
Step 6:
Your request will be sent for approval and will then be approved by the necessary person.
