The following steps will help you to Make/Place a booking:

Step 1:

Log into Resident Portal with your Username and Password.


Step 2:

To make a booking click on the Facility link on the left side of your screen.


Step 3:

Once on the Facility Page which will display a list of all facilities that can be booked, click on the Book button.


Step 4:

Select the date of your booking. (On the left side of your screen you can see the available times of the facility for example when the Facility Opens and when the Facility Closes)


Step 5:

Select the starting time for example what time your event/party/function will start.


Step 6:

Select the ending time for example what time your event/party/function will finish.


Step 7:

When you are ready to finalize your booking, click on the Request Booking button.


Step 8:

You will then be taken back to the Bookings Page when your new booking will be displayed.


Booking Status Descriptions

Depending on the type of Facility the Status of the booking can be as follows:

APPROVED - Booking has been automatically approved or approved by a manager.

PENDING - Booking has been created but needs approval from a manager.

DECLINED - Booking has been declined.


Availability:

This functionality is available during the trial period and on the Standard Package. It wont be available for Free and Lite Packages.
